We are certified by the Building Performance Institute to perform a Whole House Performance Evaluation, which provides you with detailed information about how your home is using energy and potentially wasting your money.

Unlike less elaborate energy audits, we use special diagnostic equipment and computer software to detect leaks in your Air Conditioning and/or Heating system as well as leaks in the home. Then a full inventory of every appliance, light bulb, window and door is taken and entered into the software. Finally we identify how comfortable your home has been and factor in your past 12 months of electric bills. The result is a comprehensive report on your energy usage and a plan for more efficient performance in the future.
