Since joining Advanced Air and Refrigeration in 1995, Bill has been active in all aspects of developing a world-class service organization by building a team of top-notch professionals.

Bill holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Arizona State and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University.

As Service Manager, Ronda is focused on improving customer relations and streamlining our communications to better respond to customer needs. With over 11 years at Advanced Air, she is dedicated to ensuring our team of service technicians exceed your expectations on every service visit. Ronda understands that doing the job right the first time is a high priority for our customers.
 

Jeff has been with Advanced Air for over 10 years, and has more than 18 years of experience in the a/c industry. As a Residential Comfort Specialist, Jeff's primary goal is for you and your family to experience ultimate comfort in your home. He will assess your entire home environment and help you discover energy saving solutions designed to fit your particular needs.  He is committed to providing each customer the best possible service.

A southwest Florida resident for 30+ years, Mike has been with Advanced Air for more than five years.  In addition to being a Residential Comfort Specialist, Mike is a certified BPI Building Analyst. Mike's whole home energy approach will help you review your home's overall energy performance and provide you with cost effective ways for maximum energy savings.

A resident of southwest Florida for over 20 years, Ron joined Advanced Air in 1999 as a service technician.  His technical expertise along with his professional training as both a Commercial and Residential replacement specialist, arms Ron with a unique set of skills to tackle even the most complex challenges.  His relaxed approach will immediatly put you at ease, he is there to help.  Ron's primary goal is to provide you the best solution for your home or business.
