"On Friday about 5:00 p.m. I grabbed the phone book and looked for 24/7 emergency air conditioner companies. The first said they could come out Saturday (we had reservations in Orlando for Saturday). The second company said they could respond between 8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. Then, I called Advanced Air...within a few minutes, Keith advised that he was en route to another call and could respond to our situation within two hours, on his return call he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Upon his arrival, he fixed the problem, answered my questions, and assured me that I could leave town without any worries. Advanced Air is very fortunate to have Keith as an employee. He is knowledgeable, informative, and courteous."
