My husband and I are both in
the local residential housing industry and we
are extremely pleased with the excellent
service, workmanship, product and customer
service from your company. From my first phone
call at 9 in the morning to 5 hours later when
Jeff Young gave me a complete estimate and all
information on my home and system. Scheduling,
answering questions, pricing, etc. was complete
and very responsive. Our service tech/installer
was great. Worked so hard all day long and yet
took the time at the end of his long day to stay
and explain the entire system to us, in detail,
and made sure we understood how to properly use
the new equipment. We couldn't be happier with

Ladies/Gentlemen:
On August 19, 2005,
Friday, at about 5:00 p.m., I noticed that the
inside temperature in our home was warm. Upon
checking the returns, I realized that the air
conditioner was blowing neutral air.
I
grabbed the phone book and looked for 24/7
emergency air conditioner companies. The first
said they could come out Saturday (we had
reservations in Orlando for Saturday). The
second company said they could respond between
8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.
Then, I called
Advanced Air, and the lady that took my call
told me that Keith would call me shortly. Within
a few minutes, Keith called and advised that he
was en route to another call and could respond
to our situation within two hours, and said that
he would call when he would be responding, and I
agreed.
When he called, I told him what
the air conditioner was doing, and he diagnosed
the problem over the phone, low Freon. Upon his
arrival, he fixed the problem, answered my
questions, and assured me that I could leave
town without any worries.
Advanced Air is
very fortunate to have Keith as an employee. He
is knowledgeable, informative, and
courteous.

This is an unsolicited note
of appreciation to your company for the
completion of three A/C-Heating systems
installed in our recent remodel on Sanibel. We
are very pleased with the performance of the
Trane systems and very impressed with the
quality of fabrication and installation.
Your comfort specialist assessed my
home’s needs, drew up the plan and bids and
assisted on the installation. Your sales
coordinator was always available for scheduling
issues and nailing down small details and issues
regarding billing, warranties, etc. Lastly, your
project manager was able to help in several
areas of “fine-tuning” our three systems and was
able to actualize solutions to problems that
other companies said were not solvable. He is
extremely intelligent and takes great pride in
his work. When he was brought in to solve a
somewhat complex issue his crew reminded me of a
team I was on doing open-heart surgeries. They
all knew their job and almost without talking
were able to correct- actually eliminate- the
problem.
I also want to mention-
although your company is growing and quite busy-
that when I needed to talk to you on some issues
you were available and listened to my needs and
took appropriate action.
So in summary,
I am most appreciative to your company for the
installation of three A/C-Heating systems in my
home and I would happily recommend your company

This
letter is way overdue, especially because I want
to commend one of your employees, Mirek, and
your company.
My husband and I moved to
Naples the beginning of the summer. Although we
had an air conditioner up North we are learning
there are some things that are different about
using and maintaining an air conditioner in
Florida.
Mirek came to our home on
September 14 to perform an inspection and
cleaning of our air conditioning system. He was
punctual, very polite and answered all my
questions. Mirek took the time to show me al
that I wanted and needed to learn about the air
conditioning unit, the thermostat and
humidistat. He is very knowledgeable and every
minute of his time spent here was most
appreciated.
